I had the most amazing experience at skin and glow thanks to Monica! From the moment I arrived for my consultation through to the completion of my treatment, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, welcoming attitude. She was incredibly welcoming and really took the time to explain each treatment in detail, ensuring I fully understood what to expect from different Treatments in turn helping me make the right decision for my needs

Monica's knowledge of the treatments was impressive, and I felt confident in her expertise every step of the way. What stood out the most was how non-pushy she was—she offered helpful advice without ever pressuring me to go beyond what I was comfortable with.

Even when I had follow-up questions, she was always quick to reply, offering guidance and reassurance. Overall, i had a really positive experience, and I would highly recommend Monica to anyone looking for a skilled and reassuring beauty therapist, or as I call her the fairy skin doctor.

This was my First ever skin treatment and it won’t be the last.

Monica always provides such a welcoming and relaxing environment. She provided lots of great advice on what would work best for my skin and gave different options depending on my budget. I couldn’t recommend Monica more! After an initial consultation she recommended a course of chemical peels, I am nearly finished and so happy with the result. My skin feels so much calmer and smoother- as someone who has had sensitive and acne prone skin for a long time, it has done wonders for my confidence aswell.

Monica is clearly very knowledgable and passionate about skincare as well as helping her clients, my skin is particularly sensitive to certain ingredients and Monica took this into consideration and has catered my treatments around it. She also talks me through every step of my treatment which I find really helpful as I know what is going on my skin. Monica is also really friendly and chatty, I really appreciate this as my treatments are downtime for me and I love to catch up with her.
