My mother receives a daily visit from Sirius and as a family, we are highly satisfied with the service she receives. All staff are friendly and professional at all times. Staff training must be of the highest standard as this is evident in the processes and protocols that all staff follow. I am able to access comprehensive notes after each visit which is very much appreciated. As a family, we feel very lucky to have a service for Mum from Sirius.

Sirius have been caring for my Mum, who is now 97, for around 4 years. I cannot rate them highly enough. The carers are wonderful with Mum, and go above and beyond what I expected from a care company. My dad is so happy with the care he gets Sirius carers are just lovely & can’t do enough! They always have a smile on their faces & go the extra mile! I can’t recommend Sirius as a company enough they listen to you as a client & will support in anyway they can. There isn’t a high turn over of staff so you feel you build relationships with the carers & admin/office people. A really professional company!
