They Understood what I needed then after confirmation email for the order another email next day for me to call as more information was needed I was a bit confused and it meant another days wait I was annoyed because I filled the requested form anyway I called then was on hold for a while because the pharmacist had to be consulted, I was going to cancel with all this however I waited and the ointment was sent very quickly arrived next day free delivery so all well in the end..Thankyou

For the 2nd month running your delivery company has left my meds in the recycling bin when delivered as nobody was in. It was delivered at 11am and I got home at 7pm to a soaking wet cardboard box full of wet cardboard boxes of medications. Luckily the morphine tablets hadn't been disturbed by any local wildlife! It's not rocket science!

Simply meds online first bombards you with emails and spam. Offering top quality services and medication.
When you then place an order they are very efficient in taking your money and then place multiple barriers to you actually accessing and receiving what you have ordered. There processes are shocking poor and the responses and service provision is awful. Additionally expect to wait over 10 days to get your money back to add salt to the terrible experience of ordering through this website! Word of warning do not use them.
