I have been moved from 1 ward to another twice since I’ve been here due to poor care and safeguarding risks. They fail to mineralise risk, the communication between staff and management is bad, safeguarding issues aren’t taken seriously And addressed in a timely manner there’s a distinct lack of permernant staff, a lot of of the staff are rude, verging on aggressive and don’t know how to deescalate situations. This hospital is just one disorganised mess.

SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! A friend of mine had recently been put in there and I booked an appointment to see them which when I arrived I wasn't on the list. They refused to help or arrange a visit, they lied and said no booking was made. Also found out they didn't give him his clothes after 3 days of being there so he has been in the same clothes for 3 days. They forgot to give him his medication on which he needed to remind them to do so. The people are disgusting. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

The doctor consult of orion ward at sliverwood is rude at left me to seizures and said I was doing for the sake of it and the staff should leave me too it it's been nothing but upset every day that I've been here she makes me feel small and not worthy of anything at all

I coming 21st June. I arrived 9pm didn't get in to hopstail till 930pm. didn't really understand my atusim and learing difficulty. only say about they do care about if self harm. I really like clay and paint group . I moved to antor hospital suits needs 4 July. do not have much options food for some with allergies . they also let patients not where trousers wee in flower. some stuff nice or orion ward. he also showed his bum when people were eat. do like rejected you and injection if section because careful.
