I have had treatments and training within silk. I honestly couldn’t have felt more comfortable, welcome, and included within both aspects of my visits. Rachael is outstanding in her approach to each individual person and offers such a professional manner. Charlie also is very professional, and is such an amazing added quality to silk in all aspects. All staff are friendly and accommodating, the salon is a lovely, clean and well presented environment to be in. I’m so greatful to have experienced the hard work and determination in which you have created Rachel. I’ll be back very soon for all my treatments, and training. Went for a facial and head massage with Saskia. It was so professional. She was friendly, made me feel relaxed instantly. The facial and head massage were very soothing, relaxing, and my skin felt completely refreshed and soft afterwards. Would definitely recommend trying it. Thank you for a lovely experience Saskia.

Rachel & her team are professional, knowledgable & welcoming.
The salon is beautifully decorated & inviting.
The selection of treatments available are great, there’s something for everyone - and Rachel is always more than happy to talk through options, create treatment plans or suggest services which would suit each client best, to achieve the desired results.
Cannot fault SILK & would recommend to anyone seeking some top rated pampering!

SILK offers the most relaxing head spa experience even my 6 year old had a treatment, both of us loved it.
Highly recommend also for Lashes, brows, aesthetics, massage and more
Staff are so lovely as well as being professional.

I have had a variety of treatments with Rachel, as well as taken parts in lots of training for her other staff. All of the treatments have been fantastic, the staff are so friendly and nothing is ever too much. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is perfect, and Rachel is very good at tailoring treatments to meet your needs. Highly recommend!

5* service all round. The salon is as calm and relaxing as the ladies who work there. My 10 year old daughter is over the moon with her Christmas nails done by Ruby and the results speak for themselves!
