I did see this spa had some poor reviews but was the only local business that had space for a massage on my wife's birthday so I decided to risk it and booked her in. The massage was booked for 10am on a Sunday....at 08:20 the spa rang me to say that they were going to have to cancel due to staff sickness. Now I completely understand that people get ill and it can't be helped but for me to be given this message an hour and a half before I was due to drop my wife down for her birthday treatment was terrible, it completely ruined her birthday. I also think it wouldn't have been difficult to have a contingency plan in place (i.e. someone on-call as a last minute replacement if needed). To be fair to them, they refunded me but then again so they should! I was asked if she could come back in the week as an alternative "errmm no, it's her birthday today, she's at work during the week and you've completely lost my trust". We've rebooked with another spa and have decided to leave a review based on our experience, I hope others don't go through the same or they use this review as a chance to try and do better.

I'm very disappointed. After trying for 3 hours to book £300+ worth of treatments I managed to get through to 'Jordan' on reception, whom gruntedly told me ugh well I'm booking things in right now, ugh well it's actually really busy. She went on to say 'I'm not trying to be rude'... she obviously knew she wasn't coming across very well. I asked for a refund of the two treatments I had booked and she said well I'm new. I asked to speak to someone else and she said noone is here just me. When I finally got a refund Jordan asked for my card details which she got wrong and said this time she'll write them all down on a piece of paper. WOW, security at its finest. This was a disaster from start to finish. Management obviously don't train their staff, don't bother with clients or clientel complaints. AVOID this mess of a place

Booked over the phone for a spa day with massage, told there was no space available for massage but could still use the facilities.
Only to get there and be told we cannot use any facilities and had to go home, staff were argumentative. Why would you book us in and then cancel when we arrive!. Had to complain which isn't a relaxing experience and they did allow us in but it was just a shambles.
