I started seeing Jenny quite some time after a knee injury. I've found her extremely helpful in listening to me, helping me understand the injury, and I've made lots of progress with the exercises. I have less pain and swelling and more range of motion. I'm really looking forward to seeing how much more can be achieved this year with Jenny's support and guidance. Highly recommend.

She takes a very scientific (evidence based) approach which suits me well, explains things in an easy-to-understand way, and has excellent knowledge. Jenny is an excellent physio and has worked methodically to get to the root of my knee issue and begin fixing from there. By my final session with Jenny I was pain free. I have had a clear program to follow from the outset, and Jenny has been thorough and supportive from the get-go. Following a rather nasty foot injury and surgery in March 24 to plate & screw the fractures I was told to expect a 12 month recovery. Once cleared to start weight bearing post-surgery and desperate to get moving again I found Jenny on a Google search. Thank goodness I did! After the first appointment she had me using only one crutch, after the second appointment she had me walking unaided. After 7 weeks I’m nearly back to doing everything I could do prior to injury. Jenny gave me the confidence to push on through my physio programme, she had a fun, friendly approach to her work which made me feel that full recovery WAS achievable. I have a lot to thank Jenny for as I doubt I’d be where I am now without her expertise and help. I recommend Shrewsbury Physiotherapy & Orthotics totally and without a doubt- 100% (Thank you Jenny🙏)

Jenny has been amazing. I can’t thank her enough . She showed me how to strengthen my core muscles and exercise safely to strengthen my spine. She was always patient, approachable and informative. If you need help don’t hesitate to go and see her. I’ve now taken up dancing something I never thought that I would be able to do. !
