Not the best service, always have to wait for 40+mins. For a repeat prescription every 2 weeks, which has been consistent for quite a while. Same situation every 2weeks!! No idea why! Never made the effort to be of assistance, the staff are all out the back of the chemist's looking busy.

Absolutely awful service. Every single time I collect my repeat prescription, I leave being owed the same medication. Every. Single. Month. It’s hard enough to get myself to the pharmacy to begin with, and yet on my most recent trip, despite the item being in stock and my prescription already processed, they hadn’t even prepared it. I was told I’d have to wait an hour for something I could literally see sitting on the counter.

The Common Ailments Scheme exists so we can get free treatment for minor issues without burdening overworked GPs—at least, that’s the idea. In practice, the pharmacist here doesn’t know what is and isn’t available through the scheme. Every time you try to use it, you end up pressured into paying exorbitant prices for medications you should get for free—medications you would have received if you went to a GP. And that’s assuming you can even speak to the pharmacist, which is borderline impossible. When you finally do, he barely listens, and talks even less.

In the last 6 months I have never had a full prescription filled. I am always owed some medication, also the wait times are ridiculous. My last prescription I waited 30 minutes to be told they didn’t have it all and would need to order it 🤯🤬

ZERO customer service and communication skills. They lost my prescription and went to speak to them this morning and spoke to Simon Down who is the rudest man. The manner in which he spoke to me was disrespectful, unhelpful, degrading and the words he used e.g I need to take responsibility for my prescription when the chemist lost it!!!! And wait for it his words "you people don't realise how busy we are". Who and what does he mean by "you people". I did not feel safe in his presence with his manner, tone,language or words. No responsibility taken for loosing my prescription. I will be taking this further. He should be removed from speaking to people as he has zero skills to deal with customers!!!@
