My parents, who live 200meters away, keep getting told to go down to Dover walk in and just wait there for an appointment.
When, on the odd occasion, they do get seen by a doctor here - they are rarely listened to or have anything explained to them.

If you can find another surgery do so.Moody receptionist & a doctor who's reluctant to get you the proper treatment.Complained to their superiors but nothing has changed.

I moved from Dover to Shepherdswell, get told by my doctor in Dover I have to change my doctors surgery, changed it to shepherdswell. I rarely use the surgery, but when I need an appointment I get told to go and sit and wait in a walk in surgery IN DOVER!! Further away than my original doctor!
