I recently received my Level 1 Reiki Attunement from Sheila and felt it was a wonderful experience. I felt at ease and calm in Sheila’s presence. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and it was great to learn about the history and origins before starting the attunement process and healing itself. Sheila also provides a guidebook which is a great resource to take away with you and provides a comfortable space to ask questions and practice.
