Excellent Health Centre. Dr. Patel is the best GP we have ever had as a family - kind, caring and supportive. Appreciate it is not always easy to get through on the phone or get an appt, but if it is urgent we have always been seen. Cannot fault the Gp or the staff.

Called the surgery at the requested time at 8am. I was on hold for over 1hour and no one answered. Terrible services from the front desk. When you go into the surgery, the phones don't even seem to be ringing with sound on. So one wonders, are the phones actually ringing?

Had a family member waiting for days to get a call back from the surgery , even after telling them how bad they are , avoid with a plague , if you want to be seen sooner rather than later go to a different doctor's , communication skills are horrendous.

The phone ringers are switched off!!! Mum ended up in a blue light to hospital because of this, I was ringing for five hours as directed by 111..... totally negligent!

Appalling surgery and very disappointing. Nurse Olga was very rude and refused me to attend with my husband for his appointment when he requested that he wanted me there! when booking for my husbands blood test they did not provide us with a blood form so we had to wait another 1 week to speak to the GP and then request the blood all over again. Staff are rude and impolite. We decided to deregister with this GP and go upstairs with Vandall services who seem more professional and have higher google reviews. So lets see...... I would not recommend or advise to go to this clinic. They are awful.

This was my first visit at the GP as I have recently moved into the area, I was seen by Nurse Maureen Heaney who was very welcoming and made me feel at ease and overall a down to earth genuine lady who treated me with respect, dignity and kindness, we need more nurses like her!

I contacted this practice on Wednesday and was informed I would receive contact back within 24hrs. I didn't, I followed up through the email and was told 'your practice will now try to call you as soon as possible' it's now 3 days later and I haven't heard anything. I'm not impressed.

Sheerness health centre is one of the best gp services in the local area. Appointments are easily made without having to call at 8am and keeo uptodate with your medical records sending you reminders through text or post into your upcoming or required appointments. Dr patel visits our care home once a week despite the overwork many gps face at present and has even been known to callback after hours. The receptionists can be mostly helpful but a couple can be blatant in their approach however the services from the nurses and gp are good. I woulnt want to change to another
