Jess has the most incredible skills when it comes to brows, I always leave the salon so happy! She is so friendly, the salon is always relaxing and she really does know her stuff! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my brow lamination, tint and shaping!

Eyebrow shape service good, the therapist is skilled and knowledgeable, however customer service appalling- I missed an appointment because my 4 year old was in hospital unwell having a blood transfusion and she showed no understanding or empathy. I was hounded on social media and via email to pay the full amount- despite having paid an upfront deposit.
