they don't help a 2-year-old child either. tell me to take it. to the pharmacy. that the pharmacy. the doctor. I'm going to take it to Akor House because I needed a specialist. who faked it. 2 sided. I have pneumonia. should be taken to a pharmacy. the child. I don't think so. this surgery is the worst, they are not willing to accept the patient. not an 8-year-old but a 2-year-old child will not be killed. I could die, I can get the money for free, and they work in the pharmacy, they sit in the hall. with their help, I will get the money, and the house will not be as good as the doctor in the house. the dispatcher closes the work and so do the doctors working there. thank you for not helping

It's a very distancing people and today I am late only 20 minutes and they can't do anything for an appointment. They can't reliable with patients I book holiday in University for that appointment but they can't help little bit. Also when I come last time they made us sit for 30 minutes then and today they refused me. It's depressed me and mentally I was harnessed.

Just joined this practice and have to say, what an excellent experience all round. Reception colleagues are very polite and professional. Doctor Ali was excellent, very helpful and really made me feel at ease. 10/10.

Got a call saying I must come in for an appointment at 11:40. I arrived early and was told to take a seat in the waiting room. They had me waiting 30mins before I went and asked “ how long is the wait? My appointment was half an hour ago” where I was then told I’d be waiting another 20 mins before seeing anyone. Why call me in an hour early? Just So I can sit in a tiny waiting room surrounded by ill patients.? I didn’t request an appointment, they called me up, and gave me a time they knew they couldn't abide by. The Surgery seems to be run by children, or maybe they’re just adults with the same IQ of children ? Either way, bunch of lemons working here.

Nurse Amna was really fantastic. She was so sweet and calm and explained me every step before doing the test. She really made me feel comfortable while i was quite scared from the test. But she was really a best nurse ever as i didnot even realise the pain during the test and she made it really comfortable. Thank you AMNA MAJEED.

Most of the doctors and some of the nurses are good, reception staff are the problem, they talk down to you, they dont want to give appointments for important things, they get everything wrong, they are useless, time and time again they mess up, the worst ive ever dealt with even just the simplest thing is a challenge with them reception staff, every dealing you have with them is a battle because they think they know everything, trying to tell you they are right until you have to put them right because they can't read things properly and treat patients the way they should be treated. My mental health is also spiralling out of control and i dread to think the battle i am going to have to try and get to see someone about that hence why i have put it of for so long, they cant even sort or get my other problems under control, nobody to listen to you atall!

Worst GP ever, Run if you want your prescriptions on time, the manager is worst person who not only care about patients but also does not care about her own staff. Not sure who is manager now but Sarah was the worst

Don't expect Any help from them they just enjoying £150 yearly each person from government to tell u thers no appointment available worse surgery ever and all google doctor setting there receptions is even worse actually like doctor
