Doctors were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Quick and effective like how it suppose to be. Took 1 hour overall to register, get seen and get medicine. Overall this is better than GP.
It is accessible and kid friendly. Lots of seating area. parking spaces are limited during peak hours. Pharmacy is also available nearby the building.

Tremendous service received from their team on last 14th December. Alhamdulillah was fully cured after their treatment, the lady nurse on duty was a very cordial and kind human being she prescribed me but she said that in time inconvenience of pharmacy I provide one day dressing for you.
It really means a lot actually. May Almighty bless her. I wish them a successful journey.

Infact, walk in centre really impressed me. I was attended to so well and on time ( From the receptionist to the Doctor). No waste of time. The Doctor that attended to me was a wonderful person. Prescription well written for better understanding and worked so well just at one intake. Though, further investigation will still be done but i am soo relieved. My special appreciation goes to the Doctor that attended to me today. I am grateful

Went to the walk in clinic cause I was struggling to get an appointment for an issue. Went in today great friendly staff. Wait times were shorter than I was expecting. Was seen by Sarah great doctor really lovely sorted out a prescription for me quickly. Thank you for your help and time.

Impossible to contact and therefore to get an appointment. They told me to call at 8, after telling me there were no appointment left when I once called at 820, and didn't pick up a single tone for calls between 8-810

I had cause to attend the Shakespeare Walk In Centre on Saturday 2 September 2023. Not an experience I was looking forward to but I was very impressed with the systems in place and particularly the way in which I was treated by the Reception Staff and the Triage Nurse. It showed a wait of 3 to 4 hours but after 75 minutes wait (which I feel is more than acceptable on a walk in centre) I was called to see the Doctor. He was welcoming, friendly and someone who I would have been very happy to have had as my regular GP. I left feeling highly satisfied with the consultation. Congratulations to everyone at the Centre for your hard work.
