Everyone was really lovely. Was easy to set up an appointment by phone, and the nurses were great and went out of their way to answer my many questions.

Usually pretty good. Phone lines could be open longer but never had issues with the pills being delivered to me.

I've tried calling them over and over again for 2 days and all I get is a busy line or if it rings it goes through and no-one answers the damn phone. If the reception duties this terrible then this place should seriously be shut down. Absolutely disgusted!!

Have waited 3 times and on each occasion have waited over an hour to be told after waiting to come back later as they are not seeing any more people. After each time being turned away I have asked for information on how to book an appointment but each time been told can't book an appointment until you have been seen here ..! No wonder the NHS is on its knees!! Terrible service!!!

May have to wait a little while but I have always found the nurses and doctors there extremely helpful and lovely.

They never answer the phone!!! Currently been on hold for 50 mins and counting. Terrible! Austerity at its worst
