“I’ve been here and have been looked after exceptionally well. Dr. Noomi (if I’ve got the name right) is absolutely amazing — very friendly, makes you feel completely comfortable, and ensures you get treated straight away. Couldn’t have asked for better care!”

I have been here a few times and have never felt in safer hands and when I got the implant (most anxious time of my life) the nurse was taking to me and talked me through it and distracted me so well I didn't even feel it. Such lovely staff and everyone is just amazing!

Warning to those who are new to this service, it can be a slow and boring wait, but fret not, all you need to ask is how long the possible waiting time could be, and you are not confined to the building for that period, so feel free to go out and explore the area or grab a snack to waste some time.

Waiting times can take 1 - 3 hours.
Results time is 2 weeks.

The doctors and nurses are very friendly and supportive and will do everything in their power to ensure you are comfortable.
Can't give this service 5 stars because it's not something I love going too.

Top quality service, amazing, helpful, friendly and professional staff. Thank you so much for the help and treatment you gave me. As for the reviews about having to wait... Count yourselves lucky that we have this free service! And stop being so ungrateful about having to wait a for a few hours! This clinic is fantastic and the staff made me feel so comfortable and looked after, I can't thank you enough.

Fantastic service! The staff were so helpful and kind. I had excellent treatment for a complex problem as the female doctor who saw me couldn't have been more kind and thorough.She went through everything to make sure I was ok and was able to resolve the issue. Yes, there is a long waiting time but you are treated as an individual, not a number. I think perhaps there could be a drinks machine placed in the reception room as I forgot to take water but that would be my only niggle. Thank you so much to The Gate clinic for helping me.
