I can’t fault this clinic for anything, as they helped me right away. I called them one afternoon and was told to call next day in the morning at 8 am. I did call, after being on hold for about 10 minutes I spoke to a receptionist who connected me to a doctor and after describing my symptoms they managed to book me in for same day appointment in Gloucester in Hope House, where they did all the necessary tests plus one extra test I requested.

They take the absolute piss,you try to book an appointment with them after telling I’ve got symptoms and I get a simple answer from the nurse oh just go to the pharmacy and sort you’re self out ,I had to go in London for nhs coz you guys are useless just close you’re clinic if you don’t want to help people around ,guess what Ive discovered I have urine infection and doctors gave me antibiotics ,which you guys you’re just don’t want to work or just lazy!!!

i went here to get a coil fitted. i was incredibly nervous but the nurse i saw, Helen, was so incredible! she made sure i felt comfortable and answered any of my questions. she made me feel so much calmer. the doctor i saw was also amazing and understanding.

Absolutely disgusting service!
They want you to call when nobody actually answer the phone and when they do they asking you to call later, if you walk in, they’ll ask you to call!

Bloody awful! My daughter was left in loads of pain and they wouldn’t let her have a chaperone which it clearly states on the wall that you are allowed! They would not let me in( her mum), she was so upset
