Kelly was amazing with my 92 year old mother. After a very thorough initial assessment she provided a comprehensive set of exercises that has meant that my mother has been able to make accelerated progress in her recovery after a fall. She ensured that all information was shared not only with my mother but also the family and care home staff which meat we were all able to work with her on the programme of exercise. Thank you.

My wife recently broke her hip and Kelly is currently treating her following her discharge from hospital. It was such a relief to find Kelly, her skill, professionalism and patience is exceptional, she has even contacted our GP on my wife's behalf. What a wonderful experience this was. We arranged for Kelly from Severn physiotherapy to visit my Dad after spending time in hospital to get him mobile again. Kelly was so friendly and thorough in getting to understand the problems my dad faced and then treating him for these problems. Helping him stand and helping us understand how we can help him. I really can’t praise Kelly enough. She then contacted our GP and gave recommendations for occupational therapy referrals.
The cost I feel was extremely reasonable for the level of service we got from Kelly. Five star review. Fantastic

I recently had a knee replacement and was very anxious and in a lot of pain following discharge from hospital. Kelly managed to visit me at home at short notice and was incredibly reassuring and helpful. She’s been able to visit a number of times since and this continues to be helpful as the NHS physio appointments are infrequent.
