Had an appointment, the day before it was due I got a call that "Everyone was ill so my appointment had to be moved" and now have to wait another 6 weeks. Complete waste of time and a prime example of how crap the NHS is.

Find another surgery the Dr's here like to play God and think they know better than the consultants at the hospital, they make decisions without even reading your notes, the surgery tell you they will sort things for you and nothing changes, please don't think I'm the only one feeling like this ask around you'll soon find out how they run or don't run this surgery
