I Highly recommend Nicola and the coaches at Sevenoaks Nutrition club! I joined 6 months ago and I have already lost 2 stone! I now know more than I have ever done about my nutrition and how to not only loose weight but to keep at a healthy weight for my size! The club is so supportive and friendly I’m so glad I found them! 🤍

I was invited for a free wellness evaluation and after talking to Nicola the owner. I made the decision to join the club as I needed help with nutritional support. It was the best decision. All the coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Managed to lose 4 stone so far at Sevenoaks nutrition club, can’t recommend enough 🙌
