Niki and her team are fantastic, So professional and genuinely care about what is best for the client. Spent so much time talking through the process to ensure I was completely happy. Sero aesthetics is not about obvious beauty enhancement, it's about natural beauty and supporting clients to feel confident and happy with increased self esteem. I had a great experience, I would highly reccomend Sero Aesthetics and will definitely be back. Professional, friendly service. Very thorough, covered everything I needed to know before proceeding with the treatment. I am usually not good with needles but Niki put me at ease throughout and I was absolutely fine. After a comfortable and virtually pain free experience, I'm confident enough to do it again. The loyalty card is a really nice touch too. Thanks ?

Professional and very friendly. Medically trained, which was a must for me! Niki really knows her stuff, she’ll make you feel at ease and give you advice on every treatment that is offered. I was extremely nervous the first time I went. I had a half hour appointment but ended up staying for an hour and a half as it took an hour of reassuring. She’ll spend her time focusing on you as a customer and your particular needs. She won’t just take your money (like some would). If thinks anything will make you look unnatural or won’t suit you then she is not afraid to tell you. It is easy to build up trust with her and I would not go anywhere else, if I move across the country I will be travelling miles for her service. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely lovely experience with Niki who is very knowledgeable and a friendly welcoming person. I had botox and lip filler for the first time and Niki didn't sugar coat what was about to happen with the filler experience which I very much appreciated! It meant anything that popped up in recovery I was prepared for which was very reassuring. Everything was covered from start to finish with a check up appointment booked in. Niki listened to my wants for the outcome of the filler and knew exactly how to get those results.
I have already booked my next appointments and highly recommended Sero to anyone! I've waited over 2 years to have my lip filler done and regret waiting so long! Thank you Niki!
