I've been here a lot for massages over the years and it's always been great. I recently had s massage with Olivia and I loved everything about the treatment, she asked how hard I wanted the pressure and if I had any tension before I got ready and it really helped me stay perfectly relaxed during the massage 😁

Holly who did my nails was lovely however I wasn’t impressed by the type of gel polished used which had started to chip off on day 5 after the treatment. So will consider whether I return again for a manicure.

The beautician left half my eyebrow unwaxed so I look uneven. She got wax on the side of my face and was scrubbing at it until I suggested she used the waxing paper to remove it (what a revelation!) The dye on my brows has barely lasted 2 weeks. I had my eyelashes dyed as well and was left with dye under my eye which made me look like a panda. Obviously, you don't notice things like this until you get home. I actually had a good experience with a different beautician last time but wasn't given the option of choosing whom I wanted. Apparently they are all part time and it is pot luck who you get.

Love this place. Treatments are lovely and so relaxing. It has been a while since I have been I will not leave it so long next time now I have been reminded how wonderfull it is.
