I went to the pharmacy in the surgery today. There were 5 or 6 people queuing ahead of me. Not one person was served quickly and without queries. I had time to chat with the person in front of me who had tried, unsuccessfully, to pick up her husband's prescription several days previously. Twenty minutes later when she reached the front of the queue her husband's prescription still wasn't there.
Another member of staff served me but my prescription wasn't available either. Mine wasn't on repeat but previously I have left a message on line and collected it without a problem. I was told that the messages went to Dr George and weren't seen by anyone. It was a complete shambles. I recommended Pharmacy2u to the woman still at the counter when I left without my medication!
A complete shambles

Yet again I have been lied too by the pharmacy staff I put my prescription in the post box on a Sunday called into the pharmacy on the Friday to pick up my prescription which is 5 days to be told they didn't get it till the Tuesday which isn't true so they have lied to me not for the first time this is the second time they have pulled this stroke saying they didn't receive it so my question was I will run out of one my medication and there answer to that question was ring 111 it's about time they got there act together and provided a service to a better standard and may be they will get a better star rating as at the moment they are getting 2.5 star's which I think is to much for them for the service they provide.

When will the Drs at this surgery realise that their own practice manager is absolutely decimating their business They are haemorrhaging staff and patients now - although the amount of patients leaving is probably hidden by the new build occupants joining up. This surgery will never operate properly until the partners open their eyes.

Absolutely shocking surgery..... my little boy had uclers in his mouth so got an appointment and was given antibiotics for them. He had a swallow lip the next day, so rang up, and got told to take him up too CTU, turns out he did not actually need the antibiotics as it was HFM, the doctor at the hospital said I do not know why he has been given them in the first place.

I rang up again on the 2nd of September, as my little boy had very bad constipation, he was crying loudly in pain in the waiting area,. I took him into the disabled loo, I asked if I could be seen next due to him being in so much pain, and got told there was only one in front and that someone would get nurse. No one came and helped me at all. Felt very embarrassed and stressed.

Finally got to see a doctor and got a prescription, only to be told that they didn't have what I needed in stock.

The worse surgery, I have ever been too.

Starting to wonder if I go to the same surgery and pharmacy as some other reviewers 🙂. Since moving here in 2020 my experience has been brilliant. As a recovering cancer patient (successful), I needed quite a bit of help initially and all the staff with whom I have had contact to this day have given me exemplary service. This includes pharmacy and recent physio treatment. I consider myself very fortunate and can't believe I am the only one .

Not good experiences recently. Surgery didn't have all babies immunisations so did 2 of then and I had to take her back the following week. It would have been nice for them to cancel it or let me know prior to the appointment as it wasn't fair on little one going through it twice.
Also Dr has prescribed 2 medicines for daughter and both had been discontinued and has taken ages to get someone to sort it. Not very good patient care.

I'm shocked at all the poor reviews. Over the past couple of years I have had very good service. Reception staff are polite, practice nurse is super helpful and doctors brilliant. I use e consult which usually has me talking to a doctor the same or the next day. Face to face doctor appointments may involve waiting a week or so though. Maybe I'm just lucky.
