When the time came for my dear old late Nan to go into full time care, it wasn't an easy moment for any of us; least of all for her. She'd always been a fiercely independent and dignified lady. I'm delighted to say that Faye and her team at Victoria Lodge truly put any worries I may have had to bed as they treated my Nan always with respect, warmth and a sense of family and safety. I'm so grateful that I her diminishing days my Nan was looked after so wonderfully.
