I’ve just had an excellent distance Reiki session with Andrew, and I wanted to leave him some feedback because we definitely achieved tangible results in two specific areas.

One, I store a lot of stress and tension in my back, neck and shoulders, causing frequent headaches. I also went into the session today having spent most of it hunched over a laptop. Normally I would struggle to remain sitting or even lying down for longer than ten minutes when that is the case, and yet today I started to feel everything loosening up quite significantly at some point during the session. First my back, upper back and then shoulders unlocked and started to feel fluid; when it came to my shoulders I actually got the briefest image in my mind of two thumbs pushing them back very gently at that point! My neck was next. I found out during our Skype feedback session that I started to feel better at the very moment that Andrew was doing the bulk of his work balancing my energies. I also quite often struggle to relax my breathing when I meditate, although this time I found that toward the end of the session my breathing slowed down, deepened, became easier and more evenly distributed; this was at the specific time when Andrew was balancing my chakras.

The second area I saw results in is the more spiritual/mindful/creative side, although I did not suspect ahead of time that Reiki could be useful for that. Andrew explained during the feedback that people sometimes use these sessions to explore and connect with different places, times, even other lives or spirit guides sometimes. I find this amazing because I did go somewhere else at one point during the session. I found myself in a meadow full of wild flowers, and there was a woman there smiling, and beckoning for me to join her. This reminded me quite a lot of some experiences I have had before during regression, and I wonder if perhaps this might be related to connecting with a spirit guide. It certainly did feel like it.

So all in all a very successful session with Andrew. Even at a distance, it worked! His passion and enthusiasm for his subject are obvious, as well as great knowledge, and a definite gift for working with energies. I look forward to our next session, and I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone thinking of booking a session.
