Complete waste of time, a disgrace to advertise their company with so called experts to process a claim. Over 8 months I started a claim, had to pay so they could get my mortgage file from the lender, after having my file over 4 months I now been told that they are not processing my claim and to claims directly to the lenders myself or ombudsman which I could have done 8 month's ago. 8 month's wasted by very un professional company that didn't get me any money back and just cost me money, shouldn't be allowed to advertise this shambles

they contacted briefly outlined the process of the claim, they send me mail where there is a button to press to give them power of representation, they must be kindly, no details and they think people would just press the button? thy need to revisit their process and come up with something much better that gives full visibility of the details such as what would be their charges?
Would NOT recommend to go through a process where there just a button to press and without any visibility behind it.

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. At the beginning of my claim they sent a courier to collect all my paperwork and that was over 14mkntha ago! I explained all the circumstances around my claim to be told everything was fine!
They never return calls! You have to constantly chase them.
I have now been told that they can’t continuw with my claim and have given absolutely ridiculous reasons that make absolutely no sense and the legal company they use,’pure legal’ are just as incompetent!! They both pass the ball from
One to another with no one at either company appearing to know what they are doing!
I am now seeking costs for all the time I have lost dealing with mortgage claims and can honestly say I am just relieved to have received my file back in one piece!
However they even told me the wrong came of the courier returning that!

Yet another "We can get money back from your mortgage company". They have NO IDEA what they are doing and will simply waste your time.

I'm sure companies like this, are set up by mortgage companies to stretch the time out so you can't make a claim.

I seriously doubt if this company has had even ONE success.

You're better off with the TGBMS lot than this shower of amateurs.

Stay away from this company, they seriously do not know what they are doing. It has been over a year of wasted time. Their communication is awful. I sent off everything they originally asked for, heard nothing then chased them. They required more documentation then another piece etc etc.supplied this, heard nothing and now they want statements. They do not know what they are doing. I wish I had read the reviews first. Cancelled the application with them today and now waiting for all the documentation to be sent back to me - if it ever arrives!

I implore anyone not to use this service - After enquiring and sending off preliminary paperwork they said I had a claim, so I agreed to have someone come to my home who said what the banks have done is awful and how this is similar to the PPI scandal (which it isn't) so they're going against the bank who mis-sold an interest only mortgage on our behalf. She explained that Mortgage.Claims takes 35% (around industry standard) and £2k would be taken out of any winnings for the insurance in case we lost the case which all seems reasonable as it's no win no fee.

After signing to proceed and reading over the paperwork their representative had left it didn't correspond with what she had said whilst sat in my home, then I had an email to sign for a loan in my name of £33,000 @ 30.9% interest.
After taking the paperwork to a solicitor to advise me he was shocked and agreed it's a win-win situation for the legal firm & claims management company.

The short of this review is the way it works is if the bank hypothetically owes you money (which they don't) you take out a loan for the full claim amount of at least £30k @ 30% interest for legal insurance.
The claims management company takes 35%+VAT = 55%
The loan company takes their £2,500 + interest.
Then any remaining amount is taken as 'legal fees' to pay the solicitors.

Essentially they've made a claim on your behalf for money you're potentially owed and taken it all in interest, extortionate fee's & legal expenses, all under a large loan under your name.

Furthermore, none of their contact numbers work, email addresses and the legal firm who are supposedly representing us doesn't exist anymore.
It's all a con so please don't fall for it!

Do not bother with this so called company. They are only interested in getting money for themselves. Had to keep chasing them to find out any progress only to be finally told they decided I had no claim. They hadn't bothered to contact me basically because there was nothing in it for them. Wish I had seen these reviews before making the effort.

Unfortunately its another of those companies that drag you in with bold claims that you are owed thousands, when in reality you are not! You will receive countless calls and then have to fund the costs of legal nonsense for a legal company which they own. If these things are mis sold then you would know about them. Its just a money making exercise for them. If you think you are owed money, then contact the lender yourselves. It will save time, frustration....and in the very unlikely event that there is a genuine complaint, nearly half of anything owed.
The standard response of "unable to locate your file" seems to have been applied below. If I could upload my log of missed calls, it would show the number that have been attempted.
I am not sure how big your panel of solicitors is, but Quanta Law are only down the corridor!
