Sean is wonderful counsellor! He has helped me so much over the last few years and I can't thank him enough. I'd never been to therapy before, and I found Sean instantly comforting and easy to talk to. His warm demeanour and understanding nature allows me to open up fully, and I thoroughly look forward to every conversation with him. He has an excellent balance of listening to my experiences whilst also sharing his own, and challenging me with important and interesting questions when necessary. I love the free flowing nature of our chats. Even during the more difficult times I've been through whilst seeing Sean, we still manage to laugh a lot. He creates a space for me to feel safe and understood. I have grown so much from our discussions and would recommend anyone to have a conversation with this man. He truly is such a good egg!

I had briefly worked with Sean in 2014 but then reconnected in 2020 as I was struggling with massive anxiety, loneliness and unworthiness. I believed I was a broken and unfixable person. I had also suffered a tragic loss in April 2020 which I needed help processing.

Sean is a very skilled therapist, insightful and extremely knowledgeable. He is also incredibly kind, patient, non-judgemental and compassionate. We explored my very lonely, fearful and abusive childhood and subsequent abusive marriage. He has helped me navigate dealing with some very dark emotional places. With his gentle and supportive guidance I now know on a very deep level how the traumatic events of my life have affected me emotionally and behaviourally. I am no longer so trapped by and lost in the damaging and limiting patterns that my experiences created. I have much more access to being in the moment.
