Highly recommend the gait analysis with Joe! I’d been experiencing pain whilst running for 3 months before booking in with Joe and this pain was almost gone within a week or two. From the analysis, Joe identified that my cadence was likely the cause of my hip pain and talked me through cadence training to correct this, as well as giving me exercises to focus on glute strength which was weaker on the injured side.

From the way he talked me through the data and explained the gait footage and analysis, it really clicked and I’ve been able to be more conscious of my running technique since. A few weeks of building up speed and distance with the cadence training and I feel like I’m running better than ever!

Hurt and angry that having paid for a taxi to get there I was asked questions that made you decide you wouldn’t touch me without a Dr’s note. Next time maybe try asking these questions when someone rings to book? Paying to get there only to be told no is disgraceful.

Great service and very friendly! I had 1 session with Dan to look at pain in my muscle in my trap which he gave me tips, exercises and a massage to help with the discomfort I was having when moving my neck. I did have a further appointment booked however the pain went away after just over a month of following his guidance so did not need to attend anymore appointments as the discomfort/pain went away. Highly recommend!
