Sophie is extremely professional and very knowledgeable.
I had had ongoing problems with my knee and visited Sophie on a recommendation from a friend of mine.
I had the initial assessment, was provided with an exercise/strengthening plan to follow and after three treatments, my knee was like a new knee!
