Amazing on all fronts! Shannon at the front desk was so sweet. The facilities were clean. And I felt absolutely amazing afterwards. Dying to go back already! Definitely going to be gifting sessions as holiday gifts for friends!

Great place to relax & unwind! The atmosphere is very calm and the place itself very clean. We were greeted by Lucas at the reception who instantly made us feel comfortable and at ease. I left feeling super relaxed and mellow. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

We had a great time taking a group from work here for an early morning plunge & sauna session - followed by a lovely breathwork class. Definitely arrive early and ask for instructions/guidance if you've never plunged before - as the 30 minute slots will go very quickly. All the staff were lovely, the facilities are high end, and the overall vibe is very enjoyable/chill.

We absolutely loved this place. My husband ran the marathon and we were looking for a cold plunge and sauna for his recover next day. It did not disappoint! So well designed, simple calming and clean. Well priced too. Can’t wait to return when we are back in London, I wish they’d open in the States 🙂

I’ve been going for 6 months now and absolutely love it.

If I choose to disconnect and focus on my mind and body I can.

If I choose to be social and interact with others, I’m always shocked by who I’m sat next too.

Incredible place for mind, body and socialising.

Great place to relax. Friendly staff and clean facilities. They offer sauna and different plunge options like 10°,8°,6°. I feel calm, freshed and soothing after the session.

This place will be a hit! Glad to have this establishment in the area as it’s doing wonders to my skin and mind. The space is very open, they offer plunges at 10°, 8° or 6°C with sauna at 90° ~ 100°C, the light colours make you feel relaxed and there’s always someone cleaning after us which is important. Lucas at reception is a great guy and always happy to help.

This place is amazing. Friendliest staff. If you live or work near here definitely give it a shot and try to make this part of your routine if you enjoy the sauna and/or cold plunge. Took a breathing class and that was excellent as well and super unique.
