I’ve been visiting Sarah for a while and her treatments have always been amazing. This week the treatment (Oriental Natural Face Lift Massage) I had was exceptional and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time that night.
Sarah also recommended some new tropic products (I’m already a convert) that she used in the treatment. My skin felt and looked so different the morning after and I could really tell the difference.
Always a great experience with Sarah and she really cares that you relax, unwind and come out feeling a better person

I first visit Sarah during a very tramatic point in my life. She treated me with the upmost empathy and care and the treatments I received made a huge difference to my mental wellbeing.

I unfortunately don't get to visit as often as I would like, but thoroughly look forward to my appointments.

The treatment room is in a quiet location in the centre of Bingham. Whilst quite small, it has a lovely comforting vibe, and reflects Sarahs caring and thoughtful manner. There are a range of treatments and Sarah is happy to mix and match sessions to suit. There is a small retail area, ideal if you want to treat yourself (or others) and Sarah is a Tropics ambassador.

I have received holistic therapies, facials and massages during my appointments and every treatment has been delivered with knowledge and care.

I can't recommend Sarah enough, I only wish I could visit more often.

I had an amazing treatment for my birthday in March. Sarah is so lovely and we had a chat pre and post treatment, but during the treatment sarah puts on some calming music and the atmosphere is totally chilled. The only time she talks to you is to ask if the pressure is ok. It was so good I drifted off to sleep… although I was still enjoying the treatment if that makes sense. I had a combination of 3 treatments and highly recommend this small local business for individual care and attention.

Today is the first time I visited Sarah for a reflexology appointment and I wanted to write a review while it was still fresh in my mind.

Sarah is warm and welcoming and the treatment was divine. I don’t know how it’s possible that the feet can spread such good feelings to the rest of the body, or maybe it was Sarah’s healing hands, but I feel like I’m walking on clouds. I’m so relaxed and it’s almost like the treatment is still going on…I don’t know how else to describe it except to say I have good feelings in my feet that are radiating through my body. Thanks Sarah.
