It gives me great pleasure to submit a review on the excellent care agency, Sapphire Quality Care. I have been most impressed with their carers, who are honest, compassionate and conscientious. They also manage to keep to the times stated on their programmes, despite traffic build-up and roadworks. They offer advice on how certain ongoing situations could be improved where possible. It has also been my experience that the office staff are most helpful with any concerns that may arise.
10/10 would recommend to all

We use Sapphire with help with my elderly mum, due to everyone being at work during the day. The staff that come are so helpful and my mum enjoys the company when they visit. My mum can be hard work at times and these care staff take there time and ensure she is well looked after. They constantly go the extra mile and my Mum always has something nice to say about the staff that visit her.
When we first considered looking at agencies we were worried however the professionalism shown by Sapphire we no longer have to worry and feel at ease know she is well looked after.
My mum is happy and we would highly recommend everyone to use this agency.

A very well-run Care Company in Stoke on Trent. The carers are well trained and very respectful. We had the same experienced and mature carers coming in to look after my grandmother and she established a very good rapport with the carers as they knew her routine, respected her wishes and attended to all her needs. We felt very safe with the carers and the manager was always there to support our family anytime we needed her.

Great company, great care staff. These guys are really dedicated to care and also ensure they offer some of the best working conditions to their staff.
Moved to Sapphire not long ago and couldn't be happier, professional and genuine, great training, induction and support. Great pay too. 5 star company. Not sure why Jade seems to have had a bad experience, fortunately from my experience Sapphire has only been the opposite! I for one most certainly do not 'Hate it', the support and guidance I have received from the Care Co-ordinators and the Field Care Supervisors has been second to none.

A brilliant company, can see a clear passion for what they do as they offer care at a very high standard. Staff are very friendly and easy to turn to, providing a 24 hour service that has never let me down. People with a variety of conditions (e.g. those with physical disabilities, memory impairments, etc.) rely on Sapphire Quality Care to provide them with a high quality service, something which I find they always excel in.

I am happy with the care and support I receive from Community Care Worker. I feel the carer has made a real difference to my life and my children. The management and staff are with a million dollars in this company. They are supportive and really take the time our to listen to any concerns or problems I have.
I would recommend them to anyone. Keep it going guys.

My grandmother has just been changed to this agency and they have been fantastic ever since day 1. Myself and my family were feeling unsure about the change from the agency that had cared for her before, but these carers are brilliant, couldn’t ask for a better service 🙂
