I have had only positive experiences with this practice. I have needed their services about 6 times in the last year with serious things needing urgent care, and they have responded immediately and arranged all the medical attention I needed to rectify the issues. The staff are wonderful and caring. I cannot praise them highly enough. At the end of the day, they are prioritising serious medical issues, which is the reason we need them. Well done to all at SMP. This practice has always been there for me, I've never been disappointed, in fact in November I walked in on the off chance I could get an appointment as I was feeling unwell, I waited twenty minutes and was seen by Linsey Jackson who said straight away I didn't look well, she did a full blood test and 12.30 am I had a phone call from 111 saying I must go to A &E , and basically this saved my life. This practice and the NHS in general are the best!!

I tried ringing 3 days on the trot and seemed to be permanently 6th in the queue. Therefore, went in person to be told there are no appointments available. I don’t mean today, I meant at all! I was told to come back tomorrow once the practice manager had made some appointments available. There has been a huge and expensive new extension to the medical centre but no service. The NHS needs scrapping. I will have to go private to see someone. Whilst I am far from rich, at least I have that option. The management of the practice owe the people of Sandwich more than this, it is a disgrace and they should be ashamed.
They are very good at offering scans, vaccines etc so I suppose that is something positive and the doctors seem very good, if you can get to see one!

This has been my Doctors for over twenty years and I would never change them. The Doctors are marvellous and the receptionist's are very helpful and efficient especially considering how many people they have to tend to every day as it is a very busy Doctors.

I have been attending Sandwich Medical Practice about my back since August. They were on time and got prescriptions sorted very quickly. Also, I cannot fault the receptionists as they are so nice, empathetic and caring when you phone.

First time in yrs I've had to call the Dr's, was a bit apprehensive because unless you've been living under a rock then you know the NHS is struggling......
10 minutes on hold before I spoke to someone who took my details. 10 minutes later had a call off someone else who had a 5 minute chat with me, at the end of it I had antibiotics waiting at the pharmacy. Couldn't fault the service
