The most perfect studio! I travel around an hour to get to salt, and it’s totally worth it. The studio is absolutely beautiful-calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Every instructor is incredible: knowledgeable, supportive, and full of positive energy.
I leave every class feeling stronger, refreshed, and so glad I made the trip. I honestly can’t recommend it enough!

Salt absolutely wins the award for most affordable bouji workout experience! The studios are absolutely stunning with gorgeous lighting and state of the art equipment. They also have wellness covered, with a gorgeous ice bath and infrared sauna, all under the same roof! I was totally welcomed coming in, and to be honest I didn’t want to leave. The instructors felt well experienced and had great personalities which helped the overall experience. It feels like something you’d find in Mayfair, but in the heart of Berkhamsted. So glad to have found this piece of luxury!

Absolutely love this place. The reformer classes are tailored to each individual’s capability, providing multiple options for each move making it inclusive for those who are starting out or for who are more experienced.

Their gorgeous Wellness Room is one of a kind in the local area, combining a Monk ice bath and a Sunlighten Infrared Sauna (provides deeper heat penetration), which are both market leaders in their field. Their friendly staff are happy to guide you through the space for those who don’t know where to start.

Don’t forget to preorder your coffees (recommend their matcha latte) before class and they will be waiting for you when you come out. A great touch

I cannot get enough of this little piece of heaven! What started as a trial has turned to an obsession and a great one at that! Pure joy every time I step foot in to this beautiful building. The perfect way to take all your troubles away! Whether it’s Reformer, Barre, TRX, Yoga or simply a coffee… it’s certainly the place to be.

Goes without saying that this is a gorgeous space with all the attention to detail. But the people and experience are also brilliant. It was my first time trying both reformer Pilates and Barre and the instructors were lovely, ensuring it was inclusive but still challenging. Love this place.
