Brilliant service from doctor ebun. I put an e-consult through at 9:30am and had a phone call back by 10am. Booked an appointment for 3pm that day with doctor. She gave medication to help, was very friendly and gave lots of advice. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a service like this at the doctors.

The service from this surgery has never been the same since covid. The reception staff never answer the phones, the voicemail message is out dated and is long which I assume is the reason why after you have listened to all the message the appointments have gone.
Funds from the government should stop until the surgery is 100% giving the service to their patient's

Shocking service and a terrorble doctors surgery this place should be shut down and replaced with proper doctors who will actually see the patients .. this place does not serve its purpose they refuse to see patients and are making lots of wrong diagnosis over the phone without actually seeing you they do not listen to the patients and are putting people life's as risk ... just a horrible place that is a real danger to the public especially the leysdown surgery that is part of st George's I can't believe they are getting away with such diabolical liberty's and the service they don't provide!

A lovely doctor called me today for a consultation about my son. Her name is doctor Ebun. She was thorough. The staff are always nice at the desk if you’re nice to them. Just that they have too many patients and it’s difficult to get appointments through the phone booking system (but e-consultations are really easy to do and you get telephone consultations usually the next day)

So so bad the way we have and have been treated, I am workimg on the most longest review I have ever done, I will tell you all about this place and how they treat people absolutely shocking, I'm trying to get a news paper team down there asap, as the way people & children are being treated & turned away any when the whole surgery was empty is against human rights!!!! is unbelievable, new review tomorrow...

The service I received from reception staff was prompt and welcoming. When I was seen by Dr Ebon the service was excellent. She was very thorough, took time to explain her findings and was very reassuring. Dr Ebon has a calm, and compassionate manner which calmed my anxiety and put my mind at rest. I cannot thank her enough.
