Good range of facilities.
The doctors and nurses are very good. The receptionists are great. There is just a long wait for a routine appointment.

Audrey is always very patient and helpful and a credit to the business. She is one of the most helpful receptionists at Sacriston Medical Centre. Its a pity she's not the practice manager. A team always works well because of the staff you have. Audrey should lead the staff, her attitude is to do things to perfection.

I had a TB Screening Test at this location. I was attended by Angela Lavery. One of the most amazing lady I've ever encountered. Super friendly and helpful. My things got done on spot because of her. Thanks for the cooperation.

Had to ring up after a fault in a prescription. Hannah the receptionist answered and she was lovely and gentle and worked her hardest to help us sort it out. Really nice experience cant thank her enough.

Staff and Doctors very friendly and well-organized.
Decent appointment times and I have had one or two emergency visits without any problems at all (very quick)
The online prescription system is well managed and prescriptions can be picked up in 3 or 4 days from the Chemist next door.

Absolutely shocking. In agony for 2 years. Finally get appointment for cortisone injections for both knees and they have only booked me in for 1 knee. Refuse to listen to recorded telephone call where I said both knees and doctor agreed these . Receptionist Audrey has the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Impossible to get a same day appointment after trying for two days.
If anyone manages to get past the receptionist and see a rare breed, living, breathing doctor take a photo for posterity to show your grandchildren what a doctor looked like.
I've given up and will go private (probably their plan all along)

Excellent service been with practice since birth but this i 3rd building. Excellent service and had contact with other surgeries and can say Sacriston is the best can always get appointment either in person or over the phone might not be with chooen doctor but thats least of an issue as i can now do this online and choose who i want to see i can also order repeat prescriptions too. All staff are extremely friendly and friendly . Over the last five years since i was seriously ill i can honestly say Sacriston Surgery are outstanding x
