This is the service you hope for when contacting a GP surgery. I registered as a temporary resident and all reception and admin staff went above and beyond to get myself and my partner a repeat prescription arranged as I couldn't get to my GP in Scotland. Very helpful, polite, friendly and efficient. Thank you, much appreciated.

Absolutely appalling service from 90% of the medical team. Can never get through on the phones and when you do they can’t (or won’t) give you the necessary appointment. They’d rather you have to go to a&e and wait for 24hrs to be seen

Awful service. If u need a apointment don't bother wasting your time and if you need a repeat prescription order it weeks early coz they take ages to do anything.

No reason to see a GP for five years, however every time I have done so the experience has been excellent. Whether it be receptionist, community nurse or a GP, every visit gives me the distinct impression I am an inadequate in the company of giants, such caring, compassionate human beings!

I was told prescriptions was not sent to chemist because the printer ran out of paper and they didn't reprint. Lengthy delays on scripts being approved generally and constantly having to chase them. They have lost the 3rd party consent TWICE for me as full-time carer for my disabled mother. I've been hung up on. Mobility issues prevent getting to other surgery's and we feel abandoned and have lost all confidence.

Registered with the practice for eleven years, always found all the staff helpful, polite, knowledgable and caring. Both the Leominster and Bodenham team practices rate as the best GP practices we have ever been registered with. Would recommend without hesitation.

Since both surgerys merged continuous issue ordering prescriptions, waiting times if able to get an appointment is 30 - 45 mins waiting as well doctors not helpful just going to send an email to the specialists in Hereford
