Elisabeth was looked after really well for the past year in Bracken Cottage of Rutland Care Village, she has now been moved to the Cottesmore building and we hope she will be as well cared for here. A VERY special thank you to Maria, who went above and beyond, Elisabeth's needs were always a priority and the personal bond was so very special, just exactly what Elisabeth needed.

Our family was lucky that a room was available for our sister, Carol, in Belvoir House
She had been ill for twenty months and it was becoming more difficult for us to meet her ever changing needs.
Her room was bright and fresh with lovely views. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them .
Sadly Carol was only there for a short while before she passed away but it's great comfort to us all that in her last few weeks she was comfortable and happy in her surroundings.
I highly recommend this nursing nursing home.

The mi care at this care home huntsman drive where they come from who does home visits I wouldn't recommend for anyone to have these so called carers visiting any family members as Terry thats a coordinator is a liar who lied to an ambulance driver about family members health also another 2 coordinators Joe and hanna kept coming around to the house spying and keeping tabs and lying going back to a social worker Lorina Hirst as we had the carers coming in steph,bev,celia,Rachel the 2 Rachel's, faith, Sharon,and Lucy, glynnis and sandra and liz now not to mention the hitting and the bruising this carer did to family member as the police had to be involved as she badly hurt family member black and blue abusing as these carers got aggressive with family member with someone with health problems mental health as another carer got mad with family member and threw a glass at her causing injury to the head as these carers never reported back to the office coordinators of what they did when visiting this family member as they was abusing they can't be trusted! They put a bad on all carers, council the county altogether as they can not be trusted they are just toxic!

They looked after my mum with so much care and kindness especially in her last few days , also making sure her family which is very big were always informed of what was happening, special thanks to Izzy and Anna .
