Visited surgery concerns about hearing loss name called directed into room by lady no introduction to who she was or her position.
What happened to
Hello my name is
Looked in my ears No conversation other than no wax in that one or that one. Asked about hearing test told
Go the Boots chemist or Specsavers. Lady checked her watch 3 times in the 5 minutes I was in there. I felt as if I was an inconvenience.

This practice has absolutely top class staff, all members of staff are pleasant, helpful and work well with each other as a team to give their best services.
The service is both efficient and effective and a great deal of patience and compassion has been shown to me over the years I have used the service.
I have observed the same courtesy and politeness extended to other patients by staff whilst sitting in the waiting room. Its a very good practice I would recommend it to anyone living in the area.
