Ruta kindly used me as a case study with my very complex needs and disabilities.

My initial reaction to her persona was that Ruta is incredibly calming, peaceful and generous with her time. Her way of life and methods of treating include homeopathy, iridology, life coaching as well as using various machines and exercises.

Through iridology we discovered how my nervous system isn’t functioning at all well, and she offered advice that was completely contrary to my lifestyle. Small tweaks and changes improved my life albeit I sadly had to leave our sessions due to personal circumstances.

I wish I could’ve carried on the case study but I just couldn’t commit, which is a huge shame as I feel I would have certainly benefited from seeing Ruta more,

I never write reviews, but I couldn't not on here. I have came to see Ruta for Bowen Therapy due to having back pain that was ruining my day to day life.

Since coming to see her she has also treated me, for other illnesses, with Iridology (which I'd never heard of before). It's amazing to see what you can learn about your body through your eyes.

I have also had a session of Hypnotherapy (which I i wasn't at all sure about) and this was very successful.

I highly recommend Ruta. She has a wealth of knowledge like I've never known anyone to have. She is extremely professional and welcoming and really listens to you. You would never get this undivided, specialist treatment at a GP surgery.

I was alway a little sceptical of these sort of things but I entered into this with an open mind. It has been one of the best experiences I have had. Ruta is so calm and is very relaxing. Everything is explained so carefully and respectfully. I have had some fantastic results from the manipulation. Some of the pains I have suffered from for years have been removed. My eating plan is simple to follow and have lost some weight even though it is not a diet plan but a chance for you body to heal itself. I would encourage anyone to go to Ruta and try it for yourself. She is a wonderful lady and will really help you.

From my first consulation with Ruta, I felt like I had found a gem.
