This company has rented the house next door to mine, it is a business running “supported” living for young vulnerable adolescents. There is no care whatsoever. They are constantly smoking cannabis inside the house. Armed police and police are constantly showing up to the house at all hours. The workers like to stand directly outside my house doing their hand overs so I can hear everything they are saying across the whole 24 hours in a day. I have all of these incidents recorded yet the company denies everything. If you are looking for carers for your loved one or family member, do not use this service. I wouldn’t even let them look after my dog
