I have used this chemist for many years for various things but it’s only recently that I now require numerous medicines for a multitude of health problems. The staff are fantastic and so helpful whenever I’ve needed them. Couldn’t rate them high enough. Well done ladies and thank you for everything you’ve done for me

Do not use this place for vaccinations. I arrived early for my appointment, after 25 mins of waiting they had treated 2 people, 2!! and there was still 5 in front of me. When I spoke to one of the others in the queue they had been waiting 45 Mins. I chose this venue as I work from home and thought it would be convenient for me; lesson learned.

Very hit and miss. They seemed to be getting their act together of late, however, on a recent visit 8/3/24 the pharmacist/manager seemed very stressed and irritable. Very unprofessional attitude towards customers. Does the pharmacy now offer an sms service now? I was abruptly asked if I'd received a text prior to collecting my meds. Most of the staff are lovely and I'd like to continue supporting my local pharmacy. Please send this pharmacist/manager for some staff training or ask someone else to cover.

Great for picking up medication..clean and tidy. A few seats to sit on while waiting for prescriptions..counter and till area.. shelves have got stick on them..not a big chemist..friendly staff.

Upsell prescriptions to profit, dodgy policies regarding refunds I.e. stepped foot outside of pharmacy realised it was an odd prescription went back in they said no refunds as had left pharmacy (2 seconds) talked about my condition out aloud so the rest of the customers could here. Fail to exercise sensible judgment / common sense. I would not recommend this pharmacy as a result of this horrid experience.

Just the worst. Hardly ever have prescription stuff in stock and just the slowest service Ive ever experienced. Dreadful

Very slow service and I don't have faith in their abilities to provide a safe service. Once they gave me a man's prescriptions in a bag with my name and address on it. Another time, they gave me a completely different medication than what was prescribed. The label was correct, but stuck on the wrong medication! I put up with them for years. Until one day, the pharmacist was rude to me and refused to sell me the Day Nurse cold medicine, insisting I buy their brand name cold medicine instead because she believed their cold medicine was better. I refused and, I left. I bought the Day Nurse at a different chemist and I get all my prescription medicine at the other chemist ever since then as well. I will never go back to them.
