Last straw with this chemist! Won’t be using this chemist ever again! Every month there is an issue with our prescriptions! Takes them days and days, and today after waiting a week after ordering our medications my husbands medications were delivered but not mine, rang up to enquire told they’re here but I don’t know why that has happened it can be put on tomorrows order! No apology nothing!

I received exceptional service from the pharmacist when I spoke to her. She helped me to fill my prescription very quickly to assist with a chest infection.

Having been in pain for two days with Ear ache and after managing to get an appointment with the Doctor, even though the systems were down. I took her Hand Written prescription to the Pharmacy only to be told they could not give the anti biotics to me because of Duty of Care!!! Does this mean they thought my Doctor was not qualified to prescribe medicine for me? I managed to get the prescription from Tesco, no questions asked. They obviously trusted my Doctor to give me something to ease the pain I have suffered with a swollen and infected Ear Canal. Thank goodness someone cared enough. Not impressed at all by the service or the lack of it.

All members of staff are very friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond to help. Their knowledge and advice has proved extremely beneficial for myself and my family. Well done to all staff!

OK / Average.
It is convenient to the Local GP.
At peak time there is usually a queue.
I think this pharmacy has a lot of opportunities for improvement around customer service (and proactivity thinking from the customer's perspective).
Ordering/supply process problems just become the customers' problem requiring multiple visits to fill a prescription.

Update your opening times. We are self isolating and managed to get someone to collect our medication for us. The person turned up to collect meds at 6pm only to find the pharmacy shut, even though it says open till 6:30pm on here.
