Went in to pick up medication needed for Monday morning, bearing in mind they are only open Saturday morning and closed Sunday, I was second in a queue and was waiting 15 minutes then another 10 minutes at the counter with limited time and told its all ready i just need the pharmacist to sign it off ,I asked how long that would take, another 15 minutes he said, I had already waited 25 minutes and couldn't wait another 15 minutes so I had too leave. SO no medication for Monday morning, terribly service and way way too slow.

Super efficient pharmacy. Always have the meds in stock, really good waiting times , friendly helpful service . My prescription was sent to them Thursday lunchtime and it was already completed on the shelf when I collected Friday afternoon. Recommend this pharmacy .

Wonderfully helpful staff and they answer the phone too, which is a huge improvement of how things were when it was Rowlands. After Covid there were never enough staff & there were queues down the street - being told, after 25 minutes of lining up in the cold & rain, a staff member would come out & bluntly inform us that they couldn't accommodate any more customers that day & to return tomorrow.

So happy it's changed hands - and the uncovered old signage is much nicer too!
