Always leaving me without my contraceptive pill, the doctors have approved my prescription a week ago now and sent it to the chemist, and they still haven’t bothered to sort it. This hasn’t just happened once, but 3 times now I’ve been left without it on numerous different occasions. I am now 3 days without my pill, so when I do eventually get hold of it, I’m going to have to reset the whole process of taking the pill for the third time now. How is this slightly acceptable?

Being my appointed pharmacy I have always found the staff polite, considerate, professional and willing to go above and beyond to help with the needs of customers. Nothing is too much trouble with requesting repeat prescriptions and very quick to replenish any shortfalls that may occur with low stock items.
Kylie and Alison are very helpful and always courteous.

Spent 10mins being totally ignored. I was the only person standing in the shop. I could see they were busy. Four of them on the go. Just a simple "I'll be with you in a min" would have been polite. Eventually when I was served and then handed my prescription, the pharmacist ask me if I pay for my prescription. Unfortunately I didn’t quite understand due to his accent. At this point we are both holding on to the prescription bag. He repeats the question and I answered "Yes I do". He then snatches the prescription back and hands it to the woman now attending the till.
The whole experience didn’t seem to involve any customer care.
Taking my business elsewhere in future, although I don’t think they’d give a cr*p.

This is my local pharmacy and have all my prescriptions sent here not just because it’s local because of the lovely helpful staff also the shop is very well stocked for non prescribed items and nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the good work. 👍
