Had one night at Rown Tree House whilst on a motorbike holiday, excellent location and bike parking, parked on the front of the b and b, plenty of space for our 4 bikes and security camera which have us peace of mind. Wonderful hosts, exceptionally clean rooms and wonderful drencher shower. Superb breakfast to set us up for a day riding around the moors. Would definitely recommend and would most certainly stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay xx.

Lovely B&B with great hosts.
Very accommodating and friendly.
Breakfast was wonderful.
Lounge available and we made use of this in the evening to sit and chat.
I had the single room and it had everything I needed, lovely ensuite, all very clean.
Great view out across to Whitby Abbey from the bedroom window.
Very good value.
Would definitely stay again when in the area.
Very handy for the moors as well as Whitby and surrounding towns and villages.

Stayed with Phil and Dee while on a cycling trip. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating with our gear, rooms were impeccable and the breakfast was fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. Thanks.

Lovely B&B perfect for those walking the coast to coast. Owners offered to drop us back to route but there is a footpath through farmland which takes you to Whitby and onwards. Immaculate rooms, great shower and breakfast. Perfect and highly recommended 👌

A very friendly welcome at Rowan Tree House. Rooms were immaculate and a lovely breakfast. The b&b is ideally placed for the coast and the North York Moors. The nearby train station is perfect for trips to the Moors and to Whitby on the coast.

Room was small but comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful, even though you were on a main road. Breakfast was superb and there was plenty of choice. The owners were friendly and knowledgeable on places to visit. Parking at front of property, but only 3 spaces but there is a free car park a few yards away.

Lovely, quiet B&B in spacious room. Breakfast was delicious and Phil and Dee kindly allowed us to check out a little later as we had a funeral we needed to get ready to go to. They gave us directions of where to go and were really helpful and considerate hosts.

Overnight stay to meet up with family were also staying in Sleights. Perfectly pleasant stay nice clean well equipped rooms with an excellent shower ! Beautiful view from the room and very quiet. Lovely breakfast plenty of choices, very well looked after. The hosts also kept us updated and informed prior to our stay, we would happily return and recommend

Fantastic! Dee and Phil made us feel very welcome. The accommodation is clean and functional. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. There was even a ground anchor for our motorbike. There is a bus stop just outside the property to get into Whitby.

Very clean, comfortable room with thoughtfull accomplices. Bath towels a bit small. Need to close window to block out noise from the road. Bit cosy for two. Phil and Dee are a lovely, friendly couple, always ready to offer help or advise on local places to visit. Breakfast very ample and tasty with good selection of cereals, fruit and cooked. Nice stay.
