Due to the recent flooding, my usual local pharmacies were closed, meaning Rossers Pharmacy was taking on an immense workload—easily four times their normal capacity. I was prepared for long waits and stressed staff, but what I found was truly remarkable. Despite working long 10+ hour shifts and handling an emergency volume of prescriptions, the atmosphere remained happy, joyful, and incredibly courteous. Every single staff member, from the counter assistants to the pharmacists, was helpful and kind. They are absolute heroes for the Monmouth community right now. They deserve all the praise!!

The entire team at Rossers are incredibly helpful. Owner Dan is really knowledgeable and the new pharmacist Rachael- WOW does she know her stuff! They’ve been really spot on with advice for a series of minor ailments and are well stocked on all the normal pharmacy wants too. Thank you all for everything you do for our community.

I switched from another local pharmacy as they never got my repeat meds right, didn’t seem to know what they doing & the wait times were terrible.
Dan & his wonderful assistants are the complete opposite! He knows who I am as I walk in the door, what’s due to dispense & where it is. Excellent advice too & great range of toiletry stock for the older generation.
If there are any medication issues, they sort it all out for you fast & reassure you. Totally reliable.

Given wrong tablets in the wrong box when I asked the question I was told customer I wrong . Two days later received a letter telling me to find an alternative pharmacy, I’m off there list. Very rude. Be careful or find another pharmacy. Sorry this reply is totally false the wrong tablet was CLOPIDOGRIL in a ramipril box , I still have these tablets as proof . Was upset because the pharmacist told me the customer is always wrong. Taken off your books because I raised this speaks volumes of the service you offer.

Waste of time, really unhelpful, Locum did not seem to know what he was supposed to do, said he could not use the computer system. Would of thought it even more important for a Locum to be up to speed in different chemists. Emergency ( obtained through the Emergency line) prescription given that although without a signature(because it had been emailed) of the prescribing pharmacist from a Blackwood pharmacist, he could have filled it provided I supply a proper signed script within 72 hours which the Blackwood pharmacist said she would be sending by post. My husband with a severe tooth/jaw infection now has to endure this until monday ( he can barely eat or drink at present) when we will have to re-contact our Doctors pharmacist to get a repeat prescription which might then take another 24 hours to get. VERY UNHAPPY, TOO MANY STUPID RULES AND REGS IN SOCIETY NOW.
