My experience at the clinic was incredibly frustrating due to poor organisation and management. I arrived at 8:15 for my 8:30 appointment, only to find no one at the front desk. I was then told by other staff members that the ultrasound clinic doesn’t open until 9:00, despite multiple appointments scheduled for 8:00 and 8:30. After waiting for half an hour, I went to the recently opened reception, where I was met by a rude and blunt staff member who said I should have signed in—despite there being no one present to assist. The clinic should either open at 9:00 when all staff arrive or implement a self-check-in system, similar to what GP surgeries use. Starting late is unprofessional and creates unnecessary frustration, especially for those of us who are on a tight schedule. The rude response from the staff only added to the disappointment. This situation definitely needs to be reviewed and improved.

Just got back from an appointment at Endoscopy. What amazing staff, not got all the names but from the reception, to the manager and Dr Marshall were brilliant.

The appointment booking centre made an error by sending us on the wrong day but the staff were, apologetic, accommodating and delivered a top class service with a smile.

The doctor was running behind due to the bad weather but was seen as soon as he arrived. Bloods and xray completed by friendly helpful staff.

Great place got lots of amenities such as doctors, urgent care, xray dept, endoscopy unit, and much more. Disabled parking at the front door. Lifts to all floors.

Receptionist brill but I had an appointment for respiratory dep few weeks ago I always planned to attend my appointment so I was on holiday abroad but got back night before they kept Tring to phone me BUT I never answer my phone (in case of scam)when I'm on holiday .when I got back I checked message it ask did I want to keep my appointment I quickly left a message saying I will be there when I got there they HAD CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT this was deplorable they say I'll get another but still no word HOW DARE THEY CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT MY SAY SO IM 72 AND HAVE A LOT OF RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS BUT THE HUB PICK AND CHOOSE WHO GETS THE APPOINTMENT DISGRACEFUL ATTITUDE

Appointments ALWAYS late, sometimes up to an hour and half. Today my appointment did not appear on a certain system so I wasn’t called, and when I raised this they have had to rebook for another time!
Apart from waiting time the staff are lovely but can’t get over it always being late.

I went with apprehension for an endoscopy as my GP considered I potentially had cancer. Wow what a life changing statement. As it turned out I was fine but it is not because of the outcome that I write this message. Throughout I was made to feel special and cared for and JP, you know who you are, looked after me, before, during and after the procedure. I love you all who took me on this journey and thank you for treating me so well. Xxx
