I received fast efficient service from the staff here. I turned up on a Saturday afternoon with horrendous eye pain, I was in an absolute panic. They triaged me straight away but were unable to diagnose due to not having an eye lamp to examine my eyes in detail. The triage was sent to Burnley urgent care and I had an appointment there in the next 30 mins. I was home and sorted 1.5 hours later with the right treatment. I can’t thank them enough, especially when you are in pain and panicking. Thank you!

Went in with a large cut across top of my head, was sorted and back out within a couple of hours even though they were busy and had staff illness so were running on skeleton staff. Really pleased with the friendly and kind service and couldn’t have been better. Excellent care, thank you so much to the staff.

Highly recommend this place - I was seen by a lovely nurse practitioner within 10 mins, waited just 30 mins for an x-ray. Avoid a Monday if you can and take note of the x-ray timings. Great service!

Took my 11 year old son today after he had an accident on the playground and hurt his wrist. The receptionist was lovely and the nurse we saw was fab! 35 minutes from start to finish including an x Ray (staff there were also lovely) absolutely brilliant service! 👍

I found all the staff at the urgent care centre very helpfull and very friendly I was so pleased to have a efficient friendly helpfull service when I needed there help, and cannot thank them enough, no one want to have to go to hospital for treatment when you need help, but the urgent care centre was extremely helpfull from phoning them to being treated and going back for further dressing and cannot thank them enough well done Rossendale urgent care centre this is the first 5 stars I have given for treatment received well done

What a change from the usual NHS service. The place is modern and spotlessly clean.No waiting,and with friendly,polite and efficient staff. The nurse I saw was lovely and sorted me out within 10 minutes,if only every NHS centre was like this.I would highly recommend.

Took my autistic son who was complaining of eye pain.The nurse didn’t even examine my sons eye and we where told to access 111 if the pain continued. I’m not a nurse but surely an eye examination was needed to clarify any debris apparently not no need for examinations all that the nurse needed was a 🔮 avoid unless on deaths door and then knock another before this 👍
