My father was placed here for respite on 31st Oct 20 when we entered tier 3 meaning we couldn't go in and visit.
For next 7 weeks her recovered and I can only say how humbled I was to see the obvious care they took with him. This was his first taste of a 'home' & family obviously also heard stories in media of other places but after his release he continued to sing their praises.
Both he and the family would have no hesitation of him returning in the future

It has become apparent to me after 7 months of residence here (all it took was a broken ankle which had healed by June) that once you enter this place your human rights cease to exist. Decisions which affect your life are taken without consultation.
The staff work hard but the place is understaffed and there are often long delays when residents require attention. Complaints are not heeded or acted upon.
I have been kept here against my will and i have had to give up my home which means i am practically homelass, thanks to Rose Villa Nursing Home,

Absolutely awful place, my mother was taken into aftercare here from the hospital. She was left waiting for up to an hour after she had rang the bell for help. She waited 3 hours for just a cup of tea. She was supposed to try to put on weight again but they never gave her food that she requested. We reported this place to social services when she was admitted back into hospital and this old Victorian asylum should be closed down.

Great managements and leadership! Did my placement there and i love every minute about it.
The staffs are so so friendly towards their patients and visitors.! I would recommend my fellow students to come and have their placements at Rose Villa 💯💯

Was offered a place at a better home to stay quiet about serious complaints such as 20 minutes waiting for someone to respond to the emergency call bell and broken wires left exposed, not to mention the overwhelming stench of urine.

Absolute despicable respect from staff. The home is disgustingingly dirty! Would not recommend
